Summary
MakeBop is a virtual makeup mirror. Your camera images, face geometry and photos stay on your device. We do not run accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. The only information that leaves your device is what is needed to process in-app purchases, handled by Apple and our purchase provider RevenueCat.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the MakeBop app for iPhone and iPad (“MakeBop”, “we”, “us”). Questions about privacy can be sent to app@floattext.com.
2. Camera and face data
- MakeBop uses the front camera and Apple’s ARKit face tracking (including TrueDepth face geometry where available) only to place virtual makeup on your face and photo.
- Camera frames and face geometry are processed in real time on your device. They are never uploaded, never sent to us or to any third party, and never used for identification, authentication, advertising or marketing.
- Face data is not stored after you leave the app, except inside a photo you choose to take or save (see below).
3. Photos
- A selfie you take in MakeBop is kept on your device so you can paint on it.
- MakeBop adds a photo to your Photos library only when you tap Save, and asks for add-only permission to do so. It cannot read the rest of your library.
- If you share a photo, it goes only where you choose through the iOS share sheet.
4. Settings and makeup kits
Your chosen compact, tool designs, shades, saved makeup kits and preferences are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
5. Purchases
- Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, email, card or billing details.
- We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and subscriptions and to restore them. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID created by MakeBop, the products you bought and their transaction details, and basic technical information such as device model, OS version, app version, country/storefront and IP address. This is used only to provide and restore your purchases.
- RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
6. What we do not do
- No user accounts or sign-in.
- No advertising, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, no sale or sharing of personal information.
7. Children
MakeBop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Purchases by minors are subject to Apple’s Family Sharing and Ask to Buy controls.
8. Retention and your choices
- On-device data is kept until you delete it or delete the app.
- Purchase records held by RevenueCat are kept for as long as needed to provide and restore your purchases and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
- You can ask us to access or delete purchase data linked to your anonymous ID by writing to the address above. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we will honour.
- You can turn off camera or Photos access at any time in iOS Settings › MakeBop.
9. Security
Camera and face processing never leave your device. Purchase data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
10. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s update notes.

1. 我们是谁

2. 相机与面部数据
- MakeBop 使用前置摄像头和 Apple ARKit 面部追踪（设备支持时包括原深感面部几何数据），仅用于把虚拟妆容画在你的脸和照片上。
- 相机画面和面部几何数据只在你的设备上实时处理，绝不上传，不发送给我们或任何第三方，也不用于身份识别、验证、广告或营销。
- 离开 App 后不会保存面部数据，除非它包含在你主动拍摄或保存的照片中（见下文）。
3. 照片
- 在 MakeBop 里拍的自拍保存在你的设备上，供你在上面上妆。
- 只有你点“保存”时，MakeBop 才会把照片添加到“照片”图库，为此只申请“仅添加”权限，无法读取图库里的其他内容。
- 如果你分享照片，照片只会通过 iOS 分享面板发送到你选择的地方。
4. 设置与妆容套装
你选择的粉盘、工具外观、色号、保存的妆容套装和各项偏好都只保存在本机。删除 App 即会一并删除。
5. 购买
- 付款由 Apple 通过你的 Apple 账户处理。我们看不到你的姓名、邮箱、银行卡或账单信息。
- 我们使用 RevenueCat 确认和恢复购买及订阅。RevenueCat 会收到：MakeBop 生成的随机匿名用户 ID、你购买的商品及交易信息，以及设备型号、系统版本、App 版本、国家或地区商店、IP 地址等基本技术信息。这些信息仅用于提供和恢复你的购买。
- RevenueCat 代表我们处理这些数据，并遵守其自身的隐私政策和数据处理条款。
6. 我们不做的事
- 没有用户账号，也不需要登录。
- 没有广告，没有第三方统计分析，不跨 App 或网站追踪，不出售或分享个人信息。
7. 儿童
MakeBop 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。未成年人的购买受 Apple“家人共享”和“购买前询问”功能管理。
8. 保存期限与你的选择
- 设备上的数据会一直保留，直到你删除它们或删除 App。
- RevenueCat 保存的购买记录，会在提供和恢复购买、以及满足法律和会计要求所需的期限内保留。
- 你可以写信到上面的邮箱，要求查阅或删除与你匿名 ID 关联的购买数据。根据你所在地区（例如欧盟、英国的 GDPR 或美国加州的 CCPA），你可能还享有其他权利，我们会依法配合。
- 你可以随时在 iOS“设置 › MakeBop”中关闭相机或照片权限。
9. 安全
相机和面部处理从不离开你的设备。购买数据通过加密连接（HTTPS）传输。
10. 变更
如果本政策有变更，我们会更新本页面和生效日期。重大变更也会在 App 更新说明中注明。
